SaveAI

Claude export to PDF, Word and Markdown

OpenAI hands you a conversations.json that no human can read. Drop the archive here and get your chats back as documents — one at a time, or every one of them as a ZIP.

Your archive is read inside this page and never uploaded. Only PDF needs our renderer, and the tool says so before you convert.

How to get your Claude export

1

In Claude, open Settings → Privacy → Export data.

2

Anthropic emails you a download link — it can take a few hours.

3

Drop the .zip above, pick your chats and your format.

FAQ

Does my archive get uploaded?
No. The zip is opened and parsed by JavaScript in this page. The only format that leaves your browser is PDF, which needs a real page renderer — and you are told before that happens.
Which conversation do I get when I edited or regenerated a message?
The one you were actually looking at. A Claude export is a tree of branches, not a transcript; we follow the same branch the app displays, so abandoned edits and discarded regenerations stay out.
What about images?
If the archive carries the image file, it is embedded in the output. If it does not, the spot is marked instead of leaving a link that points nowhere.
