What this conversion does
Reading Markdown
Full GitHub-flavoured Markdown: headings, nested lists, tables, fenced code with language tags, quotes, links and images. Formulas written between dollar signs are recognised as maths rather than left as literal text.
Writing CSV
A spreadsheet-ready grid with RFC 4180 quoting and a UTF-8 byte-order mark, so Excel opens CJK text as text instead of mojibake. Every table in the document is written out; when there is no table at all, the text goes out as a single column rather than an empty file — and the converter tells you which of the two happened.
