Turn TXT into CSV right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed, and the file downloads the moment it is ready.
Makes each line a row — plain text has no columns to preserve.

Plain text is taken literally. A line beginning with # stays a line beginning with #, because a .txt file has no markup to interpret — nothing is silently promoted into a heading, a list or a link, and blank lines are all that separate one paragraph from the next.
A spreadsheet-ready grid with RFC 4180 quoting and a UTF-8 byte-order mark, so Excel opens CJK text as text instead of mojibake. Every table in the document is written out; when there is no table at all, the text goes out as a single column rather than an empty file — and the converter tells you which of the two happened.
Source and target arrive already set to TXT → CSV. There is nothing to configure.
One file at a time. You can also type straight into the editor and watch the preview keep up.
